A bit about you – family, where you live…
Brisbane born and bred. Have a doting husband Michael and our 2 boys Mackinley and Rainer and 2 brown hens Mimi and Misty (good layers too!!)

How long have you been scrapping for? And how did you start?
I was invited by a GF to a midnight crop in 2004 under duress, thinking that only old ladies (ie. Noni Hazelhurst) did this kind of stuff. Let’s just say she unleashed a monster (pmsl….). I’ve had to put the tools down a few times to go back to work (as a Secondary Teacher) but now I’m a full-time Mum, there’s no more weekend/after school sport, department/staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings and 2000 word research essays to mark – which leaves me loads more time to SCRAP!!!!

Where can we find you? Do you chat on Scrapbooking forums? Which ones? What is your forum name/s?
I love chatting away but find that eats into the creative time. These days, you’ll find me mostly at Bon’s, Forever Always and Scrap Therapy as GIGI.

Do you have a blog? What is it?
I started blogging to put all my personal and creative stuff in one place. We’ve all had fun with the name, haven’t we?? – www.giovanna-shesgotissues.blogspot.com is She’s Got Issues (not She’s Go Tissues…..I know who you are!!)

Which are your favourite 1,2,3 layouts you have created? Show us!
In the words of Edna Mode (Incredibles) I live in the NOW, I never look back darling!! Here’s my April entry

123april_giovanna_scott

What are your favourite scrapbooking products at the moment?
Watercolour pencils! I’m hooked. It allows me to be creative anywhere. For the April entry I did the title block on the plane from Sydney. I cut it out and completely fluked the colours matching on this layout. (I hate it when other people say stuff like that too!!)

What were the last products you bought?
A whole bunch of Fancy Pants pp, and the Prima Paintables paper. I have the Funkstreet Designs kit coming, as well as another top secret project (which I can’t reveal just yet..hehe)

What layout/project are you working on RIGHT now?
The monthly challenge at Bon’s Scraps using the quote “Delight in the Little Things”. It’s splashed across my scrap table – I’m a terribly messy scrapper and tend to chuck stuff on these days.

Do you have scrapping goals for 2008? What are they?
I would like to finish my sister’s wedding album (rolls eyes), and I just want to RELAX!! There’s so much I want to achieve with my family, that when I sit to scrap I don’t like to feel obligated – if the design comes to me that’s great. If not, NEXT PLEASE!! I would also love to do more beeswax canvases (a’la Claudine Hellmuth).

Have you completed the latest 123 Challenge? If not, are you planning to?
Yes. On time!!

Is there anything else you want us to know about you?
When I began doing the 123 Challenges it really brought me out of a creative rut and I began enjoying my scrapbooking again. It’s led me to some awesome sites and friendships and some Guest DT opportunities have come from that.

1-2-3 .. how hard can it be?????
