HOW DO YOU CREATE A PAINT SMEARED BACKGROUND?
Step One: Squirt on some paint!
Step Two: Grab a spatula or anything that can SMEAR your paint!
Step Three: Wait for it to dry!
Step Four: CREATE YOUR LAYOUT/PROJECT!!!
