I had a fabulous weekend, with my gorgeous friend Kerry {MURRAY... as the kids call her.... last name as well hahah} and we had a weekend creating.... Mum gave us a few tips on how to create the gorgeous canvases she has been making....
and what a fab teacher she was!!!
I'm sure you'll see Kerry's full canvases on her blog soon, along with the FOUR layouts she finished AS WELL.... meanwhile, on Friday night I thought I'd whip up a few packets of Lovely Lollipops for the Scrapbooking Top50 Craft Market that was happening.... and basically SOLD out in about half an hour, PLUS to top it off I could have sold these about 4 times over !!!
Don't worry, if you've missed these ones, I'm currently preparing more!!! They won't be exactly the same, but similar!
and this is the finished product of my first canvas.... still working on the other 3 I have started.... this is a 6x6....
I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, except I am a bit of a whinger, and I can tell you now, I won't be joining the band-wagon and churning them out.... I think I'll stick to what I know {and LURVE} best - scrapbooking!!!
However, I am willing to sell my canvases, but at the right price ;)
OK, this is it for now, I have my one and ONLY layout from the weekend to upload shortly, so keep an eye for that!
