Hello Everyone! Have you seen the December Scrap the Girls Challenge yet?

This is my sample for it... I'm usually not a Christmas layout person but think this one turned out OK?

I have used one of my Charms Creations Page Runners - made it a bit special seeing as its Christmas ;)

Try a Challenge - Weekend Inspiration...

Hello! Long time no see! I've been neglecting this poor blog so much - mainly because I have been so busy creating for Charms Creations!!!

I will be having a couple of days off from Facebook and creating for Charms for the next couple of days - because it is School Holidays AGAIN!!!

Soooo... I thought I would share layouts I should have showed at the start of the month - hopefully to inspire you to scrap one or two....

***Just a reminder*** If you are creating a layout for Show Us your Stuff you must use the quote AND something handmade on your layout - coz that's what it's all about!!! Of course, it would be even better if you use CHARMS CREATIONS!!!

August 1st - its that time of the month....

I think I might as well just do one massive blog post with the blog challenges that I do samples for.... the first one I MUST put up is of course my "baby" the 123 Challenge, that I first started back in Dec 2006.... it's had its ups and downs, and at the moment it is definitely on the up & up!

The August 123 Challenge is a NICE & EASY one I think!

I must admit, I had this one done at the Retreat I went on - it was the LAST one I created... and I LOVE it! Make sure you check out the 3 criteria and give it a go - this month Charms Creations is DONATING a prize, along with 2 other fabulous websites!

I've used one of my fabulous flowers -which I must make more of!

The next is for August Show Us Your Stuff...

This month we are to not only USE A HANDMADE ITEM {which is the main idea of Show Us your Stuff} but take inspiration from the following image:

and of course, when I saw the amazing Echo Park Everyday Eclectic kit I HAD to get it! {and it's only $18 too!} The things we do for the perfect layout haha...

I loved being able to create the perfect handmade "Runner" for my layout too...

along with the perfect coloured Handmade Heavenly Heart too!

I keep seeing chevron EVERYWHERE now that we used in the 123 Challenge last month!!!

 

I'm also very excited to say that I am now on the Scrap the Girls Design Team!!!

Scrap the Girls - June

I have a feeling I have already scrapped this photo.... but it was just perfect for the challenge over at Scrap the Girls for June - so I HAD to rescrap it....

Seeing as the theme is an"outdoor photo" I thought it was perfect to use my Sun & Cloud Kit for it!

Inspired by Kerry Murray {who was staying with me at this time} I used a metal piece & a bit of embossing too...

Scrap the Girls - May...

Another layout I created during my fabulous retreat weekend... this one is for Mal's Scrap the Girls Challenge for May - I really had fun with this... and lucky I could fit the quote in ;)

Scrap the Girls February - just scraping it in...

I wasn't going to scrap anymore, but I really couldn't help myself.... I adore this photo and love how this page turned out for Scrap the Girls...

I managed to use the gorgeous MME flags that I won over at A Piece Of Cake Designs...

LOVE the MME Follow your Heart paper too - this is what I got over at Polly Scrap Kits... {along with a few other bits and pieces!}

I HAD to use the Charms Creations Teal, Black & Denim Heavenly Heart for this...

and the last of the Charms Creations Brown/Cream Lovely Lollipop from the pack I stole from the shop ;)

Last layout of the month is... oh so yummy...

Now this layout is MEANT to be for Scrap the Girls, but for some reason it didn't end up as PINK as I wanted it.... so I added as many "pink bits" as I could.... including a NEW Charms Creations...

I haven't worked out what to call it yet... maybe I need to have a little comp for that?? What do you think?? do you like?

Not sure if this is the best layout to "showcase" it seeing as the page is a bit busy with multi-photos and the paper... but I think the page NEEDED it... hehe...

I've also used a packet of Pink & Cream Lovely Lollipops too! Couldn't resist!

Anyway, I've been really happy with how much scrapping I've been able to do this month, a lot more than the usual!! 16 layouts and LOTS of cards! Not too shabby!!!

it was a Fabulous Friday night....

and I even managed to scrap!!! I decided to go with the PINK theme for the night... it did take me ALL night to create this.... as we had lots of talking, eating and drinking to do!!! It was nice to meet some new people and gossip with the old ones ;) There was SOOO much food we are still eating it now!

This layout is for the Scrap the Girls Challenge!

I have used one of my new smaller sized fabulous flowers... {this is from my 3 packs of fab flowers - still have a few packs left!}

I have used a Mini Runner from one of my Little Mini Kits... {and a clay button from last month sale}

and the mini pops from the same Mini kit...

the spotty tape is from D-Lish Scraps....

and everything else papers, alphas, stickers are from Handmade by Suzanne!

I have used the NEW Authentique Uncommon Paper - it's so nice and thick and sturdy and such great texture... LOVE it! there's been a restock it has sold so quickly!

Have you seen the new Manor House Creations??? How gorgeous is this flower? Seriously check them all out - such great value!

I've also used a Clay Button that I've made :)

Scrap the Girls June - finally scrapped!

I finally had a chance to scrap, although I have been fighting to actually GET to scrap, there's always something or someone to attend to.... if it's not one thing its another, and gets sooooo frustrating not to have the time to do WHAT I WANT to do, rather than what someone else does!!!

So I was happy to Scrap the Girls - my first challenge for the Cybercrop :)

it's all about the colour combo this month at scrap the girls....

and my luscious lollipop....

and bright pink Lovely Lollipops were a perfect match.... I know a few of you have them, sooo I am hoping to see some more layout using them! AND if you want to win some lollipops -I'm donating to Scrap the Girls this month too!
