"A Sprinkle of Sweet" D-Lish Cybercrop Kit...

Although I haven't been able to play with any of the other Birthday Cybercrop Challenges just yet, I am happy to say I have managed to have a play with the special Birthday Kit...

And I don't know how but there are still some left - HERE!

Here is what I have come up with...

I thought this photo was a perfect match for the kit...

I had fun playing with my new Colour Blast Colour Paste to create a pretty cool "XO"

Another fave of mine is the gorgeous D-Lish Scrap sequin bow, and I just had to add another one!

The Charms Creations Teal & White Heart was a perfect match!

D-Lish Scraps August Moodboard Challenge...

This month at D-Lish Scraps the JAP Kit is "Geometric Crush"

I totally LOVE the challenge each month to use this kit, and when I saw triangles, I must admit I slightly freaked out! Usually I am not a triangles type, but I think I made it work??

As you can see I have loosely used the sketch - and went with 2 photos instead of 3 & went with the photos of my two smart Chess players who have been going so well in the Chess Championships in the Primary School comps here!

I think the title is PERFECT for how "EPIC" their achievements are! I have painted the wood veneer word and triangles with Dylusions Yellow paint.

The background was smeared with Dylusions Blue paint, then I had a triangle stencil that I sprayed with white mist...

This kits make it so easy to put a layout together - such cool bits & pieces to mix & match and position just to make a page look perfect!

The only extras that I used were the D-Lish Scraps doily {that I am obsessed with!}

and the gold stars & of course Charms Creations Hessian Arrow and Stars!

The bonus is, I still have plenty leftover for another layout or two! YAY!

D-Lish Scraps July Moodboard Challenge...

I wasn't sure about these colours at the start when I saw them, but I am totally in love with my page ;) Of course... and the name Rustic CHARM ... get it? LOL...

Here's my take on the D-Lish Scraps Challenge using the fabulous kit...

I've used the bits from the D-Lish Scraps Monthly Kit & also from the NEW Cocoa Vanilla Studio Love Always Collection...

I've also used a Charms Creations Denim & White & Black Arrow which fitted in perfectly with the page... I think so anyway... The feather mask is from D-Lish Scraps too...

I also had to sneak in a Flair from Funky Flair Designs because I loved the quote...

loving clustering all these gorgeous goodies!

D-Lish Scraps June Moodboard Challenge...

This month I managed to snag a monthly kit from D-Lish Scraps for June and this time I also had a chance to scrap a layout IN TIME!

I had the perfect photo to go with the colours...

The colours are so vibrant - just love how the page turned out!

I not only used the cute bits from the kit, but managed to sneak a few of my Charms Creations on the page too!

I used a Bright Hot Pink Emoji {find them HERE}

a Hot Pink & Spotty Star {find them HERE}

D-Lish Scraps June Cybercrop...

Well, don't fall over, but I am not only blogging, but I have somehow found some mojo and time to scrap the weekend away!

I was totally inspired by the D-Lish Scraps Cybercrop {as I USUALLY am, but never get to scrap any of the challenges...} and this time I DID it! I scrapped ALL 4 challenges PLUS more!

So, stay tuned for a LONG post full of CREATIONS!

Challenge #1 by Emma - Minimalist, if you know me, it's NOT me! BUT, I had fun and came up with this page...

I kept it as simple as possible, because I knew if I started I would be able to stop adding MORE to it!

I've used Charms Creations Emojis {find them HERE} and also I used a Hessian & Yellow Heart as well {find them HERE}

I also used NEW goodies I ordered from Flutterby Designs - the stencil, sweetheart wood veneer & flair.

D-Lish goodies are the fabulous Paper Roses & Doily {I'm obsessed with BOTH!}

Next challenge is from Krisy, and it's an altered tag - another challenge I would not usually take on - but it was FUN!

I decided to go with a photo of Ryarne on an Easter Egg Hunt - so cute!

I've used bits from my stash - Awesome flair from Flutterby Designs & D-Lish goodies Paper Roses & Teal tassel {is that how its spelt??}

Next is a sketch - which I took inspiration from, not totally the same but almost... Loved scrapbooking about this two BFF's!

I used leftovers from the D-Lish Scraps June Monthly Kit, Flutterby Designs flair {which were absolutely PERFECT for this page!} & Charms Creations Emoji & Hessian Heart {find them HERE}

such a fun page to put together...

Lastly, is Sue's fabulous challenge - I found a few circle elements and added them to my page...

D-Lish sequin bows are the CUTEST! Already used mine all up - need MORE!

The adorable Dream Catcher was a lovely present from my gorgeous friend Belinda {thanks so much!}

of course, seeing that a Speech Bubble is required I HAD to use one of the Charms Creations DIY Speech Bubble {find them HERE}

So - DONE & DUSTED! It truly is a miracle, not sure how it happened but it has! And, I have MORE to share with you! So stay tuned! I am hoping to upload them as soon as I can!

D-Lish Scraps March Sunny Daze Challenge...

Well, I have FINALLY been able to play over at D-Lish Scraps! I have wanted to join in on the challenges for ages but time always runs out! I always plan to join in on the Cybercrops too, but by the time I even start to think about it the next one is starting!

Here is what I came up with using the gorgeous D-Lish Kit {yes I managed to get my hands on one!}

The colours were so happy fun... and definitely up my alley ;)

I did use a Charms Creations {of course!} It's a DIY Arrow {find it in the shop HERE}

I have coloured it with a couple of different coloured gelatos I love the effect!

I coloured the chipboard title and sun with gesso first, then used gelato over the top - blending it to give a cool effect as well I think?

Totally adore the little bits & pieces that come in the kits makes it so easy to put a layout together...

Now I just hope I can get my hands on the next months kit!

More than words Challenge - Bliss & Gesso...

It's a miracle! I have had a chance to get messy this weekend - and my first layout I attempted is for the NEW More than Words Challenge...

How could I resist, I LOVE to use gesso on most of my layouts... this is what I have come up with...

I used gesso on the background, and masked using gesso & have also smudged gesso on the chipboard circles as well...

I have also used one of my Charms Creations Hessian Cute Clouds,

I have also used a Charms Creations Camera Lush Lollipop {which will be available in kits very soon!}

I had so much fun creating this page - so much I have created another 4 layouts - it's been a LONG time between scrap sessions!

D-Lish Scraps Peach Kisses May Challenge...

Yes, I did manage to sneak another one in, I HAD to create for this one as I had the gorgeous kit that goes with the challenge...

Here is my layout inspired by the Mood Board...

I had so much fun with the pastel colours, and this photo of Harmony was perfect. I also loosely used the sketch as well...

I used almost everything out of the kit, plus the gorgeous Rainbow Splendour Vellum Bow and one of my Cheetah Butterfly Heavenly Hearts {you can order them HERE!}

I coloured the xoxo with lesson then coloured with gelato...

I love the mix of embellishments in the D-Lish kit, matches so perfectly together!

I love how the page has turned out! Glad I managed to squeeze it in!

Life Zesters - Project Life Challenge February...

I had many ideas when I saw our LIFE ZESTERS prompt, but of course it turned out different to what I was thinking, but I like it!

My favourite side is this one - which is Week 2, I have only done one page for it, because we really didn't do too much!

The kids kept themselves pretty much occupied, and I was very busy making my Charms Creations embellishments for the upcoming release!

I've used a LOT of wood veneers as you can see...

The kit I have used was the Notes & Things Kit that I purchased from The Scrappery a little while ago...

Here's some closeups...

one of my favourite cards is this one...

I made a confetti pocket - using a bunch of WOOD veneer & WOOD star sequins & a mix of others too...

 

We had rain finally after a very HOT few days...

How adorable are the printed wood chevrons {find them at D-Lish Scraps!}

Here's the other side, which is WEEK 3, I still need to do the weekend, but that will probably be a double spread because we went to the ZOO - and I have LOTS of photos!

Here's the Right side, which to me the top seems a little top heavy with the bright colours, but really couldn't do too much about it! As you can see a lot of WOOD goodies here on this page too...

I'm liking this PL card a lot... although it is BRIGHTER than the rest of the page...

I am loving this one too... simple but pretty!

and this one...

and I love the bottom two PL cards as well... such a fun time with the girls... they had a blast, although it wasn't THAT warm to swim, lucky Mikayla was there!

The photo on this card cracks me up!

and this is probably my favourite on this side... I've used one of the gorgeous KS stamps, a Flutterby Designs flair, The Scrappery Notes and Things kit & Dlish Scraps Printed Chevron..
